Welcome to Jalifan – Time into Money, a mobile rewards platform operated by AOson Ji, founded by Mohammad Parvej Ansari.

By downloading, registering, or using the Jalifan app (the “App” or “Service”), you acknowledge that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Understand and agree to these legally binding Terms & Conditions
• Accept our Privacy Policy, Reward Guidelines, and any other published policies

If you do not agree, please do not use the Jalifan app.

Jalifan offers users the ability to earn virtual coins by participating in various tasks, including but not limited to:

• Watching tutorial and promotional videos
• Visiting websites and completing app-based offers
• Completing quizzes, surveys, and treasure tasks
• Referring other users through a 2-stage referral system
• Uploading proof files for specific tasks

Coins can be redeemed for various rewards such as:

• UPI cash withdrawals
• Game coins, coupons, gift cards (e.g. Amazon, Play Store)
• In-app purchases or digital services

All rewards are subject to eligibility, verification, availability, and redemption policies.

Use of Jalifan is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and above. By using the app, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years or older
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• You reside in a jurisdiction where reward-based services are permitted

We do not knowingly collect or store personal data of minors.

By using Jalifan, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Use the platform lawfully and ethically
• Not use bots, emulators, fake IDs, or multiple accounts to manipulate the system
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access or exploit bugs, loopholes, or internal APIs
• Follow all task-specific guidelines and refrain from submitting fake proof

Abuse of the system will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all earned coins.

5.1 Coin System

• Coins are virtual points earned by engaging with the platform
• Coins hold no real-world value unless redeemed through available methods
• Earning rate, task payouts, and redemption values are subject to change at any time

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum thresholds apply for UPI or gift card withdrawals
• Withdrawals are manually reviewed and may take 1–7 business days
• UPI payouts require you to submit a valid UPI ID (used only for reward processing)
• Proof of task completion may be required for redemption

Jalifan reserves the right to reject, reverse, or delay payouts due to:

• Fraud detection
• Policy violations
• Technical errors or server issues

Jalifan’s referral system allows users to earn coins through:

• Direct Referrals: Inviting a new user using your referral code
• Indirect Referrals: Earning bonuses when your referral invites others

Each user is limited to a set number of valid referrals. Creating multiple accounts to exploit the referral system is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to change or terminate the referral program at any time.

All content, including the app’s name, logo, text, software, design, and icons, are the exclusive property of AOson Ji. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works
• Use any Jalifan branding without written permission

Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Jalifan is operated in full compliance with Indian law, including:

• Information Technology Act, 2000
• DPDP Act, 2023 (Digital Personal Data Protection)
• RBI Guidelines for UPI transactions
• IT Rules, 2021, including intermediary responsibilities

All user data is stored in compliance with Google Firebase's Indian hosting and security standards.

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently ban your account, with or without prior notice, if:

• Fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity is detected
• Task rules or platform terms are violated
• Attempts are made to manipulate earnings or referrals
• Requested by legal or regulatory authorities

In such cases, earned coins and pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

To the maximum extent allowed under law, AOson Ji, its team, and its partners are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Delays in payment or reward processing
• Technical failures or third-party service outages
• Inaccuracies or changes in reward inventory

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantees or warranties.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes implies your agreement to the revised Terms.

Significant changes will be communicated via:

• In-app messages or banners
• Email (if provided)
• Update logs on our website
